Q: is the Flat Rate Paycheck Protection a loan?
A: No it is not a loan! It’s your money and you can use it when you need it, no repaying any amount back.

Q: Is there a fee for making a Flat Rate paycheck protection claim?
A: There is a $15 dollar fee for processing on each claim. (For Individual member plans, Non Dealer Participating)

   
Q: is there a limit as to how many FRPP claims you can make?    
A: there is no limit on occurrences of claims just limited to total Dollar amount per month.

Q:  Is there a limit on how much money I can take out from my paycheck protection policy?
A: There is a $800 limit per month.

Q: Can I cancel anytime or am I on contract?
A: you can cancel membership anytime.

Q: What if an employee quits?
A: If an employee quits before the 1 year on the Dealer Participating Plan you will be reimbursed a pro rated amount equal to the remainder of their membership term, $100 for each month.
