UATG is offering a pay solution for all Mechanics when we come together we can all benefit.
40 hour Flat Rate Paycheck Guarantee
At $100 a month the Individual tech Member plan FRPP (Flat Rate Paycheck Protection) policy would allow you to make a claim at the end of each of your pay periods on pay day. Documentation showing your pay check, with flat rate hours vs hours worked and any vacation/PTO time used for pay period and hour rate will allow us to calculate and make up the difference if your under 40 hours week. No questions or documentation will be required as to WHY your hours are less. the hour difference payout would be at your highest hour rate for your employers pay plan. For the Individual Plan, Payout will be direct debited into your checking account on file. Each claim deductible or fee to use your policy will be $15 per occurrence and member fees would never increase due to using it. There is a $800 Monthly Maximum benefit amount that resets the beginning of each month.
